General Provisions

IMEGA Sp. z o.o., based in Rybnik (ul. Smolna 14, 44-200), operates shop.droneagri.pl selling professional agricultural platforms including XAG drones and ground robots. Customers must be adults with legal capacity. Consumers are individuals purchasing for non-professional purposes.

Technical Requirements

Internet access and JavaScript-supporting browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) required. Minimum screen resolution: 1024×768 pixels.

Users cannot engage in unlawful activity, violate others' rights, disrupt site functionality, or distribute illegal content.

Order Process

Orders accepted anytime online through:

2. Delivery and payment method choice
3. Summary review
4. Order confirmation

Seller verifies details and availability. Sales contracts form upon payment confirmation.

Delivery

Products shipped throughout Poland and EU via courier services. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on availability.

Withdrawal Rights

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts without penalty. Written withdrawal statements preserve the deadline. The period begins from receipt date.

Complaints

Seller guarantees defect-free goods. Customers report defects within one year of discovery (if discovered within two years post-delivery). Seller responds within 14 days.

Quality Guarantee

One-year warranty from receipt covers manufacturing defects on Polish/EU territory only.

Excludes improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear. Remedies include: repair, replacement, or price reduction/refund.

Data Protection

Customer data processed per Polish personal data legislation and electronic services law. See Privacy Policy for details.

Final Provisions

Disputes resolved per applicable law. Consumers may access alternative dispute resolution via UOKIK, RZU, or regional consumer protection offices. Business disputes handled by courts at seller's headquarters. Polish law governs unregulated matters. Terms don't limit statutory consumer rights.
